Mango Lassi is a typical drink in south asia and normaly made of yoghurt, water, fresh mango and sugar. We replaced the yoghurt for cashew nut milk and the result was fantastic!

Mangoes are packed with vitamins A, B and C and chia seeds are very nutrient dense, making it a superfood – plus it is also known to boost metabolism, help with diabetes snd digestive health just to name a few benefits. Adding seeds to your juice or smoothie is always a good idea!

Ingredients:

  • 1 mango cut into squares
  • 3 cardamom pod seeds
  • 2 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 400ml of cashew nut milk

 

Using a blender or juice extractor, blend all ingredients and enjoy! If you have a sweet tooth, add a teaspoon of agave or maple syrup.
